go to your email (if you dont have one get gmail it has everything you need and more) then compose new mail. (in address put email address of your friend )
then click ‘Attach a file’ then find your website (its wherever you saved it on the computer) and click on it… w8 for the bar to finish uploading it and then click send… your friend should get it in his email
